Service Levels - Emergency Callout
|
This is our most common service. We get called out in the event of a spillage, facility shutdown due to contamination or outbreak in a hospital. This can work a number of ways:
- Companies call us that we have never dealt with before and we respond as fast as we possibly can.
This is typically within 48 hours but depends on the availability of teams and equipment.
In this event we try to anticipate customer requirements and complete the site survey just prior to completing the cycle.
- We offer a contract where we guarantee a 24 hour response time at a reduced callout charge.
As the site survey is done when the contract is signed we will have protocols and procedures in place so we can immediately commence the cycle when we arrive on site.

Other service levels available include Implant Team, Regular Scheduled Decon, New Facility Decon and Custom Packages.
